General conditions of the La Garrocha Equestrian Club

1. Introduction

These general conditions regulate the La Garrocha Equestrian Club, owned by Ladelpunto 2018 S.L. with address Polígono Industrial La Vega, plot 64, 14800-Priego de Córdoba, Córdoba (Spain) and CIF B-56088081.

These General Conditions detail the operation of the La Garrocha Equestrian Club. The Holders will have access at all times to the updated and current General Conditions, consulting the La Garrocha website, in order to be informed of the General Conditions that will be applicable to them as Holders at all times and that they declare to know.

Ladelpunto 2018 S.L. You may unilaterally modify these General Conditions for valid justified reasons if you notify the La Garrocha Equestrian Club Holders, a requirement that the parties expressly agree to be understood to have been fulfilled with the publication of the variations through www.lagarrocha.es. If the Holder does not agree with the changes, he can notify Ladelpunto 2018 S.L. to proceed with its removal as Holder.

The La Garrocha Equestrian Club is valid to be used solely and exclusively for purchases made through the website www.lagarrocha.es

Ladelpunto 2018 S.L. may communicate commercial information by any means of remote or postal electronic communication.

2. Registration as Holder

Individuals over the age of 18 residing in one of the countries in which Ladelpunto 2018 S.L. make shipments. The account is personal and non-transferable.

Registration in the club will be done only through the website www.lagarrocha.es

3. Benefits

The benefits of belonging to the La Garrocha Equestrian Club are:

• Discount coupon of -10% discount when registering. This coupon will be sent to the email address provided by the holder. It is valid for the first purchase made after registration. It can only be exchanged for purchases made on the website www.lagarrocha.es
• Birthday gift. The holder will receive a birthday gift in the form of a Gift Card at the email address provided when registering. This voucher can only be redeemed on the website www.lagarrocha.es
• Take advantage of the advantages, benefits and exclusive promotions of the Club.

The advantages of the Program are granted only to natural persons, who enjoy any benefit of their membership personally. Legal entities may not register in the program or accumulate any type of advantage.
